Vitamin C

This began as a photo that I took during the summer at the ever popular Forty Foot bathing place in Sandycove, Co. Dublin.  I use the photo as a starting point for my eventual digital work which is a mixture of photography and digital painting. I digitally paint in a new more interesting sky using the Procreate app and my apple pen on my ipad. I change the colours and composition of the image and add and subtract subjects (ie people!) until I am happy with the final picture. I have included the original photo here for you to check out my artistic progress! Larger sizes than those on website are available upon request.
