Processing time

Items in store are mailed from the Republic of Ireland with An Post. Typically between 1 - 4 days once payments have cleared. Please ensure you have entered the correct address for shipping. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

When will I receive my order?

International shipping is available. Delivery time can vary depending on your location.

US/Canada/AUS/NZ can take 5-20 working days.

Europe can take 3-12 working days.
 

Be aware that holidays, weather and mail volume can affect delivery!

Greystones in County Wicklow, Ireland.

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

I start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so I am unable to make any changes or modifications after an order has been placed.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once I have finished preparing your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped, the email will also include your tracking number (if applicable).

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Returns

I am unable to offer returns and exchanges but if there are any problems with your order please don't hesitate to contact me. Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is correct as I can not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
